Willie's Homemade Salsa

CHICKEN SALSA DORITO CASSEROLE - Layering a generous amount of chips on bottom, add in cooked chicken and then Sour Cream. Add then a layer of WILLIE'S HOME MADE SALSA and plenty of Cheese. Sprinkle a little bit of Salsa on top to garnish and bake as usual. This one is sure to be a HIT for any occasion...

WILLIE'S EASY LASAGNA - Prepare a layer of Lasagna on bottom as normally done. Add a layer of cooked ground beef and then a layer of salsa. Top with a little bit of Feta Cheese and then Shredded Cheese. Bake and enjoy a whole new level of "Texas Style" lasagna.

STUFFED PEPPERS - Using red (or green) bell peppers, prepare your stuffing as you normally would with the one exception of adding in a little of WILLIE'S HOME MADE SALSA. Everyone has given this one a "10"... Personally I use Ground Beef, Rice, Diced Zucchini, and of course the "HOT" SALSA...

TEX-MEX CHILI - Using your favorite chili recipe, simply add a few tablespoons of WILLIE'S HOME MADE SALSA per serving. Garnish with Fresh Onion (red or green), Sour Cream, and Cheese.

TEXAS STYLE BEEFY ENCHILADAS - First, season, cook, and drain ground beef as usual. Bring back to a Medium-High heat while mixing in our famous salsa to taste (about 3-4 TBS per enchilada). Wrap and prepare as shown and top with Enchilada Sauce and plenty of Cheese. Bake for about 15-20 mins and enjoy...


SAUSAGE & SHRIMP WITH A TWIST - Cook rice as normal. Add in plenty of WILLIE'S HOME MADE SALSA to basically convert into a Spanish style rice. Add in about 1/2 cup of water and diced Smoked Sausage and bring back to a boil. Then add peeled shrimp and cook till done seasoning to taste and hold on!
